Log into your account, go to Settings and select Close Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Any remaining balance will be returned to your last deposit method within 24 hours. Your account data and transaction history will be kept for seven years for regulatory purposes.
Yes. In Settings under Payment Methods, you can add DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS accounts and set which one is your default for withdrawals. Changes take effect immediately. Your old payment details remain on file for historical transaction records.
We review accounts if activity looks unusual, if a deposit or withdrawal doesn't match your typical pattern, or if we need to verify your identity again. During review, you can still log in and view your balance, but deposits and withdrawals are paused. We'll email you what we need.
We keep your name, email, phone number and address for seven years after your account closes, as required by Indonesia financial law. You can request deletion of non-transaction personal data at any time. Contact our support team to start the request.
Email our support team with your transaction ID, date and reason for the dispute. Include a screenshot if you have one. We'll investigate within 48 hours and respond by email. If we can't resolve it, you can escalate the complaint in writing.
Deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your payment method and account history. Your first deposit may have a lower limit; this increases after we verify your identity. Check your account wallet for your current limits, or ask support.
No. Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login, allowing someone else to access your account or using someone else's payment method breaks our terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
